Rachelle did a fantastic job training my blue heeler Dave. Also, she trained me on what to do to help him learn commands and calm down. She explains things in a way that are easy to understand and in digestible segments. Her communication on appointment times were top notch, and she is always punctual. We have been so happy with LAPS! We’ve used them for training and have been so happy. Recently we used them for dog sitting and it was the best experience. I was so nervous leaving our pup for the fist time, but the check ins, photos and updates made me feel at ease. I was also impressed by the professionalism and the preparedness of the team. Rachelle did a great job caring for my furbabies and keeping me updated while I was overseas. She noticed when one of my cats wasn’t eating like normal and was able to coordinate a vet visit to make sure my cat was ok. I would highly recommend Rachelle of Loving Arms Pet Services. She has a wide breadth of knowledge and knows how to achieve the results her clients are needing. In just 3 sessions, Rachelle has helped my 2 large Goldens with a phobia about entering a car and overcoming that fear. They are learning to consistently sit, stay, and walk on leashes without pulling. We really needed some help with controlling these big dogs of ours. Rachelle had met our needs with lots of tips and advice and modeling of the behaviors we are wanting to have in place. Rachelle has a great way with both the pets and their parents and is very professional and reliable. I absolutely loved working with Loving Arms pet Services, we have a 2.5 year old yellow lab who needed some help with some training lessons, Rachelle was amazing to work with, she was patient with out dog and us. I had Rachelle come over for a training session. I have a new puppy and needed reminding for it had been a long time since I had one. Normally I rescue/adopt adults that already know quite a bit. She was totally professional and responsive to me and my puppy. She has taken my texts asking her questions and always answers promptly AFTER the training session. Loving Arms Pet Services took great care of my beloved puppo Nate, and Rachelle did a great job keeping us updated on his care by sending us photos of him happy and thriving in the home environment.
